In our quest to achieve glowing, beautiful, and youthful skin, you must have heard these desi totkas from our elders. “Wash your face with besan every day”, “combine besan, lemon, yogurt, and lemon to combat that nasty tan”, “use rose water with Multani mitti”, and other countless beauty tips that our mothers and grandmothers are eager to impart us.

Whilst many of you have skincare routines that suit your skin type, it is easier to overlook the importance of a healthy diet.
